I popped all the keys off my daughters laptop to clean underneath and I/we could never get them back on. Took it to the Geek Guys at Best Buy and they told us to call Gateway. We had 6 days of our warranty left, so they are sending us a whole new keyboard for it, and the Geeks will install it! In other words...don't take your keys off!!! LOLOL.
