Sunday Go-To-Meeting

I took an interesting quiz that my blogger friend JULIE mentioned on her site. Not that I want to get into a big religious debate (I try to stay away from politics and religion on my blog) but I do feel that I have never really found a church that aligns with my views. So, when I saw a quiz that is intended to identify your religion based on your beliefs, I thought "why not, could be enlightening". The higher the score, the more likely the religion would "fit". Who knew I was Quaker???

1. Liberal Quakers (100%)
2. Unitarian Universalism (94%)
3. Mainline to Liberal Christian Protestants (93%)
4. Secular Humanism (90%)
5. Reform Judaism (86%)
6. Neo-Pagan (76%)
7. New Age (67%)
8. Baha'i Faith (67%)
9. Sikhism (67%)
10. Theravada Buddhism (66%)
11. Orthodox Quaker (64%)
12. Mahayana Buddhism (63%)
13. Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) (61%)
14. Taoism (61%)
15. Jainism (54%)
16. Nontheist (53%)
17. Islam (50%)
18. Orthodox Judaism (50%)
19. Jehovah's Witness (48%)
20. Christian Science (Church of Christ, Scientist) (47%)
21. New Thought (47%)
22. Scientology (46%)
23. Mainline to Conservative Christian/Protestant (38%)
24. Hinduism (29%)
25. Eastern Orthodox (29%)
26. Roman Catholic (29%)
27. Seventh Day Adventist (24%)

Funny, the religion I was raised with is very low on the list. Many of these religions are new to me so if nothing else, it's a learning experience!
