I'm Back

I made changes, again, on someone else's computer and seem to have hit on a layout where I can get into my blog again. I am getting error messages and it does suddenly stop accepting my typing but I am working around those issues. Things have changed alot so I also am experiencing a learning curve BUT I am happy to be back. I hope it is forever this time.

So much has happened in the last three months since I have posted. Undoubtedly, the greatest of these events was the passing of my step father on May 29th. Vern became my stepdad when I was in 3rd grade and although he and my mom divorced about 12 years ago, I remained his daughter (he had no other children). I was lucky to be in Arkansas when he died - that was my biggest concern for him, I didn't want him to die alone.

I have a lot of catching up to do but perhaps I should just move forward from here. We'll see.
