Who Made My Day

01/09: Chloe. Who struggled and perservered but walked without the aid of her sling today. May not have been far but she did it!
10/12: My cousins Linda & Diane who made me laugh till I almost cried.
9/21: A Ratbone volunteer who turned down a $500 dog sitting fee because as she said "I would have done it for free if they asked" - she had them make a donation to Ratbone instead.
8/1: My Dad who kept his composure and sense of humor although he missed a connecting flight in Detroit. Hard enough for me but he's 79 and traveling alone.
7/24: My mom, who everytime I looked over at her during the film Momma Mia, has a huge smile on her face!
5/31: My mom who cleaned my house while I am unable to prepare for company,
Date unknown: Shelter worker who just couldn't put Hoss to sleep and decided to try to find a rescue group for him instead.
4/18: Lady at shoe store who graciously measured my foot and put those nasty insert things, I had been walking on all day, in and out of the shoes I was trying on. Couldn't pay me to do that! More important, she knew her stuff and was encouraging that it would get better.
3/13: Coworker CF - went back into a building with me during a bomb threat so that I could get my car keys. Brave woman!
3/8: Rat-Terrier.com - These folks who own and love their rat terriers have decided to raise money for Ratbone Rescues on their social networking site and they have done a GREAT job at it. Thanks to Rat-Terrier.com :)
3/2: name unknown - the woman who gave me a facial today and for only $35. I needed some relaxing and she made my day, and probably, my week.
2/24: My Mom - Seventy something and willing to hike through rattlesnake invested scrub to get to a dog beach
