Halloween Brats 2013

It wasn't easy but I did finally get three photos decent enough to make a FB banner (last photo). They become a squirming mess when you dress them up or take out a camera so doing both is a disaster.

Eddie is wearing a buzz lightyear costume but he wouldn't let me pull up the headpiece and I couldn't get a back or side view for you to really see it. He was focused only on the treat in my hand.

I got a couple shots with Deckie's hat on but he looks miserable. Too bad because he made a cute Woody (wishing they had toy story woody costumes when I had my foster Woody - that would have been hysterical.)

Diamond just wanted to stare at me so I would have to turn her sideway to get a photo, quickly shoot, turn her again, shoot again....you get the idea.

I hope that when you click on this you get a larger view because these were the top three photos.

Lunch on the Beach

Jerry and I both had a Monday off recently - he for Columbus day and me for a canceled appointment - so we took my mom to lunch at Clearwater Beach. We ate at Frenchy's on Rockaway. Competative  parking but great view. Food was above average for a casual fish joint.

Can't go to the beach without putting your toes in the sand. That's easy when all you wear are flip flops and slip ons :)

After lunch we stopped to visit Marge at her ALF.  It was a very nice day.

Marge Turns 92!

Happy Birthday! The facility where she lives had a party for her on the Friday before her actual day and we got a better photo that I will try to remember to scan. Here's Jerry helping her open her Belgium chocolates.

Just a random shot of orchids from my yard. I took them to the nail salon when I got my last pedicure.

Vacation Day 8 - The Wedding

I created this post but left it as a draft and forgot to post. Oopsie!  Here are photos from the wedding:

Some of the tables had high flower arrangements and some low.

The entire reception was awesome. There was a cocktail hour with so much food, then dinner, then a dessert room with photo booth, then later there was a hangover prevention station at the front door with ice cream and waffles AND mini Phill steak sandwiches. The dessert room was a real hit with a chocolate fountain, French pastries (my fav) and more.
