We've had another person in the office lose a parent. Lots of sadness lately because we also lost a coworker unexpectedly. Coworkers asked me to make another dish garden. Such a tough time of year for plants unless you want mums. Only found 1 decent orchid so I just went with other tropical. Cant tell from the photos but it has lots of red in it.

That is beautiful. You do a great job with your arrangements. Sorry for the loss of your co worker and your co workers parent. I am sure your beautiful dish garden will cheer them up.
